• Strong understanding of marketplace operations, product listings, and online customer journeys.
• Proven ability to analyse sales data and implement business strategies for improvement.
• Experience in planning and executing e-commerce campaigns, from assessment to review.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organised and detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to manage multiple projects independently.
