Job summary

HAI XIN RUI PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an organized E-commerce Operations Assistant to oversee daily platform activities, coordinate with platform managers, and translate needs into actionable tasks.

Responsibilities include uploading listings on Shopee and Facebook, keeping pricing and stock accurate, handling customer inquiries via chat, phone, and email, monitoring reviews, and supporting marketing plans to reach sales targets.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Bilingual in English and Chinese, with ability to liaise effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with a positive attitude
• Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
• Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident (PR) only
• Minimum 1 year of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably with platforms such as Shopee and other online marketplaces
• Candidates without relevant experience are also welcome
