Job summary

SMART TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. is seeking a versatile online sales assistant to manage our group brands’ e-commerce presence in Singapore. You will handle product listing, marketing planning, and after-sales service.

You will prepare optimized product images and descriptions, coordinate with web developers for site updates, and support content creation and social publishing. Strong English communication and a creative, detail-oriented mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Photoshop and Illustrator; able to create and edit visuals.
• Strong multitasking, problem solving and organizational skills.
• Fluent English communication; other languages a plus.
• Ability to work independently and maintain meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage online sales for brands, including product listing and marketing planning.
• Handle e-commerce orders and after-sales service.
• Prepare optimized product images and descriptions; review image quality and pricing.
• Manage new product uploads, details maintenance, and promotions.
• Engage with consumers and respond to inquiries daily.
• Develop content marketing across social channels and publish content.
• Collaborate with web developers for site changes.
• Prepare performance analytics and daily/weekly/monthly reports.

Job Description:

• Responsible for managing online sales for the various brands under the group: including product listing, marketing planning and after-sales service.
• Handle e-commerce online orders.
• Preparing and ensuring the right images for all the SKUs and creating optimized product descriptions, review the product images quality and pricing.
• Manage new product uploads, product detail maintenance and promotional activities
• Responsible for consumers'engagement and attending to customer's enquiries on day-to-day basis.
• Constantly improve content marketing strategy across social channels, including content creation and publishing.
• Cooperate with the web developers to make necessary changes in the website.
• Conduct performance analysis and prepare service analytics reports for daily tracking, weekly / monthly management reporting.
• Prepare in-house graphic / artwork for posters & promotion signage.
• Assist in photography sessions and sourcing of props.

Requirements:

• Skilled in relevant design software such as PS, AI and others
• Multi-tasking and problem solving.
• Creative mind-set and have an eye for layout, graphic design and typography.
• Able to work efficiently, meticulously, independently and is well-organized.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Power Point.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English. Another language is a plus.
