Job summary

WINTER TIME PTE. LTD. is seeking a detail-oriented during an entry-level role to support our e-commerce and digital marketing efforts.

You will manage customer and product listings on marketplaces and collaborate with marketing, business development and operations teams. You will also help with reporting, feature testing before launches, and marketing campaign preparation. The role involves day-to-day office administration, cross-department process improvements, and adapting to changing business

Qualifications

• Meticulous with strong attention to detail.
• Willing to perform repetitive tasks with quality and meet deadlines.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and Word; basic Photoshop or Illustrator is a plus.
• Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of English (spoken and written).
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Support e-commerce and digital marketing, manage customer and product listings on marketplaces across departments such as marketing, BD and operations.
• Report generation and identify issues/anomalies in reports.
• Test new features prior to market launch and assist in marketing campaigns, including creating/reviewing creatives aligned with business objectives.
• Manage day-to-day office administration and operations.
• Collaborate across departments on process improvement.
• Adapt quickly to changing needs and business decisions.
• Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Responsibilities:

• Will be involved in supporting e-commerce and digital marketing business (Manage customer & product listings on market places etc); across various department such as marketing, business development and operations
• Responsible for reporting and to be able to identifyissues/anomaly in report
• Within a team; responsible for new features testing prior to launch to the market; Assist in preparation and implementation of marketing campaigns, including to create and review campaign creatives in line with business objectives to reach out to the market and cultivate the customer’s interest in our products and services in ways that strengthen our reputation and facilitate our continuous growth

Job Requirements:

• Highly meticulous and pay attention to detail
• Willing to work on repetitive work with good quality, able to meet strict deadlines
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Excel, Work and Basic knowledge and skills in Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator would be a plus
