Arista Singapore is a distributor of various watch and fashion lifestyle brands such as Timex, Guess, Ucon Acrobatics and more. We are looking to expand our online presence and are seeking a dynamic and driven Ecommerce Executive to join our team.

Job Description:

As an Ecommerce Executive at Arista Singapore, you will play a pivotal role in driving our online sales and presence in the digital marketplace. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to optimize our ecommerce platforms, enhance user experience, and maximize conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ecommerce Strategy: Brainstorm and execute strategies to increase online sales, improve customer engagement, and drive traffic to our ecommerce platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, Zalora and Shopify.
  2. Platform Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our ecommerce websites, ensuring they are up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for search engines.
  3. Content Management: Create and manage product listings, as well as enhance the online shopping experience with visually appealing banners through the use of Canva or Adobe Photoshop.
  4. Digital Marketing: Collaborate with the team to develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including eDMs, social media, and search engines.
  5. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and website analytics to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
  6. Customer Experience: Continuously improve the online customer journey, from browsing to checkout, to ensure a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience.
  7. Inventory Management: Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure accurate product availability and timely fulfillment of orders.
  8. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in ecommerce management.
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, content management systems, and digital marketing tools.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Canva and Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Working Environment:

  • The successful candidate will work in a team of 2-3 people.
  • The working hours are from 9am to 6pm.
  • As the team is small, work-in-office arrangements are preferred.
  • The candidate will be in charge of the platforms that best suit them.
