Job summary

International Brands Distribution Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Senior level Warehouse & Operations Executive to join our team at Aljunied, Singapore. You will backbone inventory and efficiency, ensuring smooth goods flow and accurate stock records.

Responsibilities include daily picking, packing, rostering, stock reports, cycle counts, and cross-functional collaboration to resolve challenges. 5.5-day week; strong OT opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years in warehouse, inventory control, logistics or fulfillment.
• Ability to handle loads up to 15kg and operate pallet jacks.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems or ERP software.
• English and Mandarin communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, pack, label, and dispatch daily retail and e-commerce parcels.
• Plan staff rosters and allocate tasks across receiving, picking, packing and sorting.
• Generate stock movement reports and monitor PO status and outputs.
• Perform cycle counts and reconcile physical stock with digital records.
• Inspect incoming stock and coordinate with 3PL carriers and drivers.
• Operate order pickers and pallet jacks safely.
• Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve fulfilment processes.
• Take on ad-hoc duties as needed.

Work Hours: 5.5 Days (Mon-Fri: Full Day | Sat: Half Day)

Salary: $2.4K to 3.5K with OT (depends on skills & experience)

This is a Senior level role and the ideal Warehouse & Operations Executive is to be the backbone of our inventory and operational efficiency. You will ensure the smooth flow of goods, maintain accurate stock records, and manage our dedicated warehouse team.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, pack, label, and dispatch daily retail and e-commerce parcels.
• Plan staff work rosters, manage floor workflow, and allocate tasks across receiving, picking, packing, and sorting stations.
• Generate daily/weekly stock movement reports, log purchase order (PO) status, and monitor team output metrics.
• Conduct routine cycle counts, spot checks, and reconcile physical inventory with digital stock records to maintain 100% stock accuracy.
• Inspect incoming stock, coordinate with 3PL carriers and freight drivers, and maintain organized rack storage.
• Safely operate manual order pickers and pallet jacks.
• Ensure the warehouse is kept clean, organized, and free from hazards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance fulfilment processes and resolve operational challenges.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties if required.

Requirements

• Minimum 2-5 years of hands-on warehouse, inventory control, logistics or fulfillment experience.
• Must be comfortable handling loads up to 15kg.
• Must be able to use a pallet jack and manual order picker.
• Working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.
• Familiar with marketplace platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, or similar).
• Proficiency in English & Mandarin language communication skills.
• Must be able to work a 5.5-day work week and public holidays (if needed).
• Willing to start immediately.
