ORIENTAL REMEDIES INCORPORATED (PRIVATE LIMITED) is seeking a Warehouse & Logistics Executive to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, covering clinic supplies, retail inventory, and e-commerce fulfilment across Singapore. You will maintain inventory records, coordinate replenishments, and support events and new clinic openings, working with procurement, vendors, and agency fulfilment partners.

Role requires travel to clinic locations and event venues, with flexible hours during event periods

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics.
• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business or related field preferred.
• Familiarity with e-commerce fulfilment processes and stock control.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring organisation, cleanliness and safety.
• Receive, inspect and log inbound goods including clinic supplies and retail products.
• Maintain accurate inventory records with regular stock counts.
• Coordinate replenishment of clinic supplies across locations with Procurement & Vendor Executive.
• Support e-commerce fulfilment, pack/ship, returns, and campaign stock readiness.
• Provide ad hoc support for external events and new clinic openings or renovations.

Job description

The Warehouse & Logistics Executive manages the day-to-day operations of the company's warehouse unit, covering clinic supply storage, retail inventory, and e-commerce fulfilment. This role also provides support for external events and new clinic openings and renovations (if any). The role reports into Workplace Services for day-to-day management, with functional direction on e-commerce fulfilment provided by the Retail Lead.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse & Clinic Supplies

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the warehouse unit: ensuring it is organised, clean, and compliant with safety requirements
• Receive, inspect, and log all inbound goods: including clinic consumables, retail products, and general supplies
• Maintain accurate inventory records for clinic supplies and retail stock, conducting regular stock counts
• Coordinate replenishment of clinic supplies across all locations, working closely with the Procurement & Vendor Executive
• Arrange and track delivery or collection of supplies to clinic locations as required
• Flag low stock levels, damaged goods, or storage issues to the Workplace Services Manager promptly
• Ensure proper storage conditions for all goods, including any products with specific handling requirements
• Support ad hoc requests from the Workplace Services Manager for time-sensitive logistics or support tasks across locations

E-Commerce Fulfilment

• Partner agency to process and fulfil customer orders from e-Commerce platforms in an accurate and timely manner
• Pack and prepare outbound shipments to agency, and to ensure on-time dispatch
• Monitor order queues and flag fulfilment delays or issues to the e-commerce functional stakeholder
• Handle returns and exchanges: processing inbound returns and updating inventory accordingly
• Support periodic e-commerce campaigns by preparing stock in advance and managing increased order volumes

Ad Hoc Support

• Provide support for external events (E.g.roadshows / pop-up activations)
• Provide support for new clinic openings and/or renovations (if any).

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or e-commerce fulfilment
• Familiarity with inventory management practices and basic stock control principles
• Physically able to handle goods and manage warehouse tasks (lifting, organising, packing, setup)
• Detail-oriented with good documentation discipline: accurate record-keeping is essential
• Organised and able to manage time independently across multiple areas of responsibility
• Willing to travel regularly to clinic locations and external event venues across Singapore
• Flexible with working hours during event periods: occasional weekend availability may be required
• Experience with Shopee and/or Lazada seller fulfilment processes is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with inventory or warehouse management tools is an advantage
• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field preferred

We are looking for a candidate to join us on a renewable 6-month contract.
