Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent.
• Experience in e-commerce, customer service, or administration is an advantage.
• Basic computer skills with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to handle packing duties and merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare online orders for delivery.
• Ensure orders are packed accurately and dispatched on time.
• Handle returns, exchanges, and order fulfilment matters.
• Respond to customer enquiries via email, phone, and online messaging platforms.
• Assist with stocktaking, stock management, and system administration tasks.
