• Handle daily orders fulfillment through Trex and scan orders for Runner.
• Update and maintain iShop refunds report and cancellation orders summary.
• Receive daily stock replenishment from warehouse and place stock on shelving.
• Process daily goods receipt for AM & PM stock deliveries from warehouse.
• File signed delivery notes and dispatch lists.
• Monitor iShop stock movements and liaise with Inventory Sup for shortages.
• Track stock MFD/Expiration Date and update Monthly GWP campaign list.
• Assist with CAG CS Team and Shilla CS Team on returns or exchanges.
