Job summary
The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd invites a detail-oriented Purchasing & Logistics Coordinator to join our Pioneer, Singapore team. You will process purchase orders, coordinate shipments, liaise with suppliers and freight forwarders, and maintain accurate records to ensure timely deliveries.
Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics NAV is a plus; on-site work, Mon-Fri with Saturday half-day; email inquiries to supreme.jacksontan@gmail.com.
Qualifications
- Experience in purchasing, logistics, shipping / supply chain operations.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics NAV accounting software is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Process purchase orders and liaise with suppliers
- Monitor incoming shipments from local and overseas suppliers
- Monitor outgoing shipments and ensure timely delivery
- Coordinate delivery schedules and logistics arrangements
- Prepare export shipping documents according to destination country requirements and country of origin regulations
- Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping agents, and customers
- Maintain accurate records of orders, deliveries, and shipping documents
- Support daily purchasing and logistics operations
