Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is hiring a Purchasing & Logistics Coordinator in Singapore.

You will support daily purchasing and logistics operations, liaise with suppliers, monitor shipments, and help ensure timely deliveries while maintaining accurate records. Working days are Mon-Fri 9:00-17:30 with Saturday half-day on-site; on-call duties may be required. Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics NAV is advantageous as you handle purchase orders and export documents in compliance with

Qualifications

Experience in purchasing, logistics, shipping / supply chain operations.
Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics NAV is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Process purchase orders and liaise with suppliers
Monitor incoming shipments from local and overseas suppliers
Monitor outgoing shipments and ensure timely delivery
Coordinate delivery schedules and logistics arrangements
Prepare export shipping documents according to destination country requirements and country of origin regulations
Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping agents, and customers
Maintain accurate records of orders, deliveries, and shipping documents
Support daily purchasing and logistics operations
