The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a detail‑oriented Purchasing & Logistics Coordinator in Singapore to support daily purchasing and shipping operations, liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customers, and ensure accurate record keeping.

You will manage purchase orders, monitor shipments locally and overseas, arrange delivery schedules, and prepare export documents in compliance with country requirements, contributing to smooth supply chain performance.

Qualifications

Experience in purchasing, logistics, shipping / supply chain operations.

Responsabilités

Process purchase orders and liaise with suppliers
Monitor incoming shipments from local and overseas suppliers
Monitor outgoing shipments and ensure timely delivery
Coordinate delivery schedules and logistics arrangements
Prepare export shipping documents according to destination country requirements and country of origin regulations
Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping agents, and customers
Maintain accurate records of orders, deliveries, and shipping documents
Support daily purchasing and logistics operations

Purchasing & Logistics Coordinator

Working Days:MON to FRI (9.00am to 5.30pm), SAT (9.00am to 1.00pm) – On call duty required when necessary

Location:Near Pioneer MRT

Salary: $ 2800 - $ 3300

Requirements

Experience in purchasing, logistics, shipping / supply chain operations
Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics NAV accounting software is an advantage
