Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Purchasing & Logistics Coordinator to support daily purchasing and logistics operations. You will coordinate with suppliers and monitor shipments to ensure timely deliveries.

Responsibilities

Process purchase orders and liaise with suppliers
Monitor incoming shipments from local and overseas suppliers
Monitor outgoing shipments and ensure timely delivery
Coordinate delivery schedules and logistics arrangements
Prepare export shipping documents according to destination country requirements and country of origin regulations
Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping agents, and customers
Maintain accurate records of orders, deliveries, and shipping documents
Support daily purchasing and logistics operations

Purchasing & Logistics Coordinator

Working Days: MON to FRI (9.00am to 5.30pm), SAT (9.00am to 1.00pm) - On call duty required when necessary

Location: Near Pioneer MRT

Salary: $ 2800 - $ 3300

Requirements
