Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Purchasing & Logistics Coordinator to manage purchasing activities, liaise with suppliers, and coordinate shipments from local and overseas sources.

This role covers processing purchase orders, tracking deliveries, preparing export documents, and maintaining accurate records, with on-site work near Pioneer MRT and hours from Monday to Saturday. Experience in logistics and NAV is a plus.

Qualifications

Experience in purchasing, logistics, shipping / supply chain operations.
Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics NAV is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Process purchase orders and liaise with suppliers.
Monitor incoming shipments from local and overseas suppliers.
Monitor outgoing shipments and ensure timely delivery.
Coordinate delivery schedules and logistics arrangements.
Prepare export shipping documents according to destination country requirements and country of origin regulations.
Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping agents, and customers.
Maintain accurate records of orders, deliveries, and shipping documents.
Support daily purchasing and logistics operations.

Working Days: MON to FRI (9.00am to 5.30pm), SAT (9.00am to 1.00pm) - On call duty required when necessary

Location:Near Pioneer MRT

Salary: $ 2800 - $ 3300

Requirements

Experience in purchasing, logistics, shipping / supply chain operations
Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics NAV accounting software is an advantage
