Job summary

9 Dots Consulting seeks a Dynamics 365 ERP consultant to lead implementation projects in Singapore. You will assess client pain points, design scalable F&O solutions, and work with architects to ensure feasible delivery. Strong communication with both technical and business stakeholders is essential.

You'll contribute to proposals, build demonstrations, and create reusable solution patterns while staying current with Microsoft technology trends to shape client propositions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years hands-on ERP implementation experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations is a strong advantage.
• Solid understanding of core business processes (Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing).
• Familiarity with SQL Server, Azure, and cloud/on-premise environments.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Assess client pain points to shape Dynamics 365 F&O solutions.
• Collaborate with architects and consultants for feasible, scalable delivery.
• Communicate technical aspects clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Define cost and effort estimations for solution implementation.
• Identify business benefits to support solution marketing.
• Contribute to proposals, RFP/RFI responses and commercial docs.
• Design demos, workshops, and POCs showcasing Microsoft capabilities.
• Document solution patterns and reusable assets for internal reuse.
• Stay current with Microsoft technology trends to shape offerings.
