PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a dynamic sales professional to drive IT services and ERP solutions, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. The role emphasizes revenue growth, client relationships, and successful delivery of ERP projects.

You will run product demonstrations, build compelling proposals, negotiate deals, and collaborate with pre-sales, consulting, and implementation teams to ensure seamless deployments and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in IT, Business, Sales, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in IT solution sales.
Strong knowledge and practical experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Proven track record in B2B IT solution sales and business development.
Ability to engage with senior business leaders effectively.
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
Excellent problem-solving capabilities and strategic thinking.
Results-oriented, meticulous, and resourceful with a positive demeanor.
Self-motivated and target-driven with strong leadership abilities.
Adaptability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Experience with cloud-based ERP solutions is advantageous.
Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is a plus.

Responsibilities

Execute and refine sales processes to achieve revenue targets.
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities for ERP solutions, primarily Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, decision-makers, and partners.
Analyze customer business needs to propose suitable ERP solutions.
Conduct product demonstrations, solution presentations, and facilitate negotiations to close sales.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention through proactive post-sales support.
Collaborate closely with pre-sales, consulting, and implementation teams for seamless deployment.
Engage with operation teams and relevant stakeholders for efficient account management.
Maintain accurate sales forecasts and report performance metrics to management.
Investigate market trends and competitive landscape to devise effective strategies.
