Qualifications

• Degree required in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in QS role.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform quantity take-offs and preparation of costing.
• Provide contract administration and post-contract QS services.
• Assist in project tenders and procurement matters.
• Handle progress payments, claims, and variations.
• Negotiate final accounts and valuations of variations.
