OLIVERS & PARTNERS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Quantity Surveyor with 2–3 years of experience in QS, tendering, or tender coordination for Singapore-based projects. The role emphasizes tender coordination and cost-control across soil, civil engineering, and infrastructure initiatives.

The candidate will support planning, BoQ preparation, cost estimation, and progress reporting, liaising with clients and partners to ensure project success.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in Quantity Surveying (QS), tendering, or tender coordination.
• Strong interest in tendering and tender coordination.
• Interest in soil, civil engineering, and infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Draft method statements and cost calculations for production activities.
• Follow project planning with input from supporting departments and external partners; monitor design development and BoQs.
• Prepare detailed BoQs, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates for residential construction.
• Assist in updating construction schedules and short-term work programmes to support timely completion.
• Monitor site progress and compare planned vs. actual performance to identify delays and corrective actions.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers and subcontractors to resolve technical, contractual, and commercial issues.
• Monitor project expenditure, material usage, and budget performance; support cost-control and financial reporting.
