Job summary

The Luxury Collection at 80 Middle Road, Singapore 188966, is seeking a dedicated Property Manager on Duty to oversee all hotel operations and ensure exceptional hospitality. You will act as the liaison for resolving guest and property issues, manage in-lobby flow, and supervise guest relations and service issue tracking.

As MOD, you’ll partner with departments to meet service standards, review daily reports, and drive continuous improvement while upholding SOPs and loss prevention practices.

Qualifications

• 4 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related area.
• 2-year degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management or related major; plus 2 years experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee property operations as Manager on Duty and guide guest relations.
• Maintain relationships with departments to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare and review MOD reports and daily communications to departments.
• Ensure compliance with policies, standards and procedures; emphasize guest satisfaction.
