Qualifications

• Experience in hotel front office operations.
• Strong communication and guest-service skills.
• Ability to manage shifts and handle incidents.

Responsibilities

• Manage Duty Management shifts and log incidents.
• Monitor arrivals/departures and occupancy levels.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and Engineering for Out Of Order rooms.
• Upsell and manage guest profiles and CRP.
