Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory invites applications for a Centre Manager to oversee operations at two centres in Singapore (Punggol and City Square Mall). The role focuses on sales, customer experience, staff performance and smooth daily operations, with a hands-on leadership style.

You will lead teams, enhance enrolment and retention, manage schedules and ensure service standards are consistently met across centres.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in education, enrichment, service, retail, hospitality or centre operations.
• At least 3 years of leadership or team management experience.
• Experience in education or enrichment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee sales, service and operational performance of centres.
• Lead centre teams to achieve enrolment, retention and service targets.
• Drive sales through follow-up on enquiries and enrolment opportunities.
• Build relationships with parents and students for satisfaction and retention.
• Handle feedback and escalate centre matters professionally.
• Coordinate staff in daily operations and centre processes.
• Ensure class readiness, scheduling and presentation across centres.
• Monitor performance and address gaps in sales, retention, or service.
