Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory is hiring a Centre Manager to oversee two enrichment centres in Punggol and Farrer Park. You will lead daily operations, drive service standards, and monitor business performance, ensuring strong customer experience and smooth centre processes.

Working hours are 4 weekdays 12:30 PM–9:30 PM plus one weekend 8:30 AM–6:30 PM. Salary ranges from SGD 4,200 to SGD 5,000 per month, with focus on enrolment, retention and team leadership.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in education, enrichment, service, retail or centre-based operations.
• At least 3 years of team management experience.
• Experience in education/enrichment industry is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the sales, service and operational performance of assigned centres.
• Lead centre teams to achieve enrolment, retention, conversion and service targets.
• Drive centre sales performance through follow-up on enquiries, trials and enrolment opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with parents and students to support customer satisfaction and student retention.
• Handle parent feedback and centre matters professionally.
• Guide staff in customer service and daily operations.
• Oversee teachers’ centre-related work matters including attendance and communication.
• Ensure smooth daily operations across centres and timely follow-through.
