Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd is seeking a Cluster Enrichment Centre Manager to lead multiple learning centres across Singapore. You will drive business performance, uphold operational standards, and develop a high-performing management team, reporting to senior leadership.

Regular HQ time and travel across outlets are required. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in education operations, with at least 3 years in a senior role overseeing multiple sites, ensuring exceptional customer experience and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from a recognised university.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in tuition/enrichment/education.
At least 3 years in a senior management or supervisory capacity overseeing multiple locations.

Responsibilities

Provide direction to Centre Managers across multiple locations to meet business objectives.
Monitor performance including sales, enrolment, customer retention, and service standards; implement improvements.
Conduct site visits and support CMs in operations and SOP implementation.
Oversee manpower planning, budgeting and cost management across centres.
Collaborate with senior management on expansion, relocations and new openings.
