Job summary

Panevino Pte Ltd operates a group of independent F&B concepts in Singapore's East and is seeking a reliable Driver cum General Helper. You will move goods, run errands, and support daily operations across four outlets, acting as the link between outlets, suppliers and central storage.

The role requires a Class 3 driving licence, ability to lift up to 25kg, and willingness to work 5.5–6 days a week with occasional early market runs. Training will be provided for related tasks.

Qualifications

• Valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence with clean record.
• Aged 26 years or above.
• Experience driving a van or light goods vehicle is an advantage.
• Physically able to lift up to ~25kg and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Drive company vehicle for daily inter-outlet transfers of food, ingredients, supplies and equipment.
• Collect goods from suppliers, wholesalers and wet markets as scheduled; make ad-hoc purchases.
• Deliver catering or bulk orders to customers when required.
• Drive directors to meetings and site visits while maintaining punctuality and professionalism.
• Maintain basic records of trips, mileage, fuel and petty cash.

We are looking for a reliable Driver cum General Helper to support daily operations across all four outlets. You will be the link between our outlets, suppliers and central storage — moving goods, running errands and lending a hand wherever needed. This role suits someone who enjoys being on the move, works independently and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

Responsibilities

Driving & deliveries

• Drive the company vehicle for daily inter-outlet transfers of food, ingredients, supplies and equipment
• Collect goods from suppliers, wholesalers and wet markets as scheduled
• Make ad-hoc purchases and urgent runs (e.g. hardware, packaging, last-minute ingredients)
• Deliver catering orders or bulk orders to customers when required
• Drive company directors to meetings, site visits and appointments as needed, maintaining punctuality, discretion and professionalism
• Plan routes sensibly to meet outlet opening and delivery timings
• Keep the vehicle clean, fuelled and roadworthy; report servicing, repairs and insurance/road tax renewals on time
• Maintain simple records of trips, mileage, fuel and petty cash purchases

General helper duties

• Load, unload and store deliveries properly at each outlet (including dry store, chiller and freezer items, following food safety practices)
• Carry out basic maintenance and minor repairs at outlets: changing light bulbs, tightening fittings, patching, simple plumbing or furniture fixes, moving furniture and equipment, and coordinating with contractors for bigger repairs
• Help set up and tear down for events, promotions and pop-ups
• Assist with stock takes, store organisation and disposal of bulky waste
• Support outlet teams with other ad-hoc operational tasks as assigned by the Operations team or outlet General Managers

Requirements

• Valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence with a clean driving record
• Aged 26 and above with at least 2 years of driving experience, to meet company motor insurance conditions
• Experience driving a van or light goods vehicle is an advantage
• Physically able to lift and move heavy items (up to ~25kg) and be on your feet for most of the day
• Familiar with roads in the East Coast / Joo Chiat / Siglap area, or able to navigate confidently with GPS
• Honest and dependable with petty cash, goods and keys to premises
• Basic spoken English to communicate with outlet teams and suppliers
• Willing to work 5.5 or 6-day weeks including weekends, with occasional early-morning market runs (adjust to your actual schedule before posting)
• Handy with basic tools and minor repairs (e.g. electrical fittings, plumbing, carpentry, general handyman work) is a strong advantage
• Well-groomed and professional when driving company directors
• Prior experience in F&B, logistics, facilities support or as a personal/company driver is an advantage but not required — we will train
