Job summary

CAPEN MARKETING PTE. LTD. seeks a Driver to support Retail Ops, delivery and merchandising from Jalan Tepong, near Jurong Fishery Port. You will assist the Operations Department in full spectrum retail operations, deliveries and stock management.

Ideal candidates hold a Singapore Class 3 licence, are safe drivers, and can work long hours. Proficiency in MS Office and warehouse/POS systems is required, with strong customer service and teamwork mindset.

Qualifications

• Must hold Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence and know Singapore routes well.
• Careful, safe driver with responsibility and initiative.
• Team player able to work under pressure and with minimal supervision.
• Meticulous, organized and able to use MS Office and warehouse systems.
• Excellent communication, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Assist Ops, Retail, deliveries and merchandising across duties.
• Support daily retail ops, restocks, orders and inventory processing.
• Load/unload, stock shelves and update inventories and expiry dates.
• Operate POS and warehouse systems and coordinate with logistics.

Job description

Job location is at Jalan Tepong, near Jurong Fishery Port, near Jurong West.

Job Description

Assisting the Ops team and also Head of Retail, you will be under the Retail Ops, delivery and Merchandising Department and supporting the Operations Department in full spectrum of retail operations, deliveries and merchandising duties especially pertaining to Driver, retail restock, deliveries and merchandising etc.

Support and coordinate with daily retail Ops, deliveries, restocks and merchandising and/or logistics administration work and inventory and supplier and customers orders processing and deliveries.

Able to carry heavy loads.

Able to stand or drive for long hours.

Able to do loading and unloading.

Have to place stocks and products on the shelves. Check and update inventory, forms, check expiry dates etc.

Communicate and support Ops colleagues on logistics and orders, invoices, deliveries, collections planning and updates.

Able to do inventory, stock lists, stock taking and operate the POS and Warehouse system.

Assist in Production and Production duties when required.

Any ad-hoc duties as assigned to you by your superior or Management

Job requirements

Must have Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence for van.

Know Singapore routes well.

Careful and safe driver.

Have responsibility.

Team player with initiative and high level of dedication and ability to perform under pressure.

Ability to work independently under minimum supervision and proactive.

Able to cope well in a dynamic and challenging work environment as well as with stress and demanding work schedules.

Meticulous, highly motivated and well organized with a sense of urgency.

Strong sense of responsibility with an aptitude in problem-solving and able to complete tasks assigned on a timely basis.

Strong in MS Office and Computer Skills, especially Excel and Word, a must.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Customer-oriented and fluent when communicating with customers.
