Job summary

The role involves driving directors and guests in company vehicles, maintaining vehicle condition and cleanliness, arranging servicing, and coordinating maintenance to minimise downtime. Weekend and holiday work, standby duties, and overseas travel may be required. Candidates should have a Class 3 license with a clean record and experience driving MPV or luxury cars.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 3 driving license with a clean driving record.
• Experience driving MPV or luxury cars.
• Willing to work weekends, public holidays, overtime, and standby as required.
• Good knowledge of Singapore roads with minimal navigation tools.
• Reliable, punctual and a good team player.

Responsibilities

• Drive company-assigned vehicles safely and courteously to transport directors, guests, and authorised passengers to destinations in a timely manner.
• Maintain assigned vehicles in good working condition for safe, reliable operation.
• Keep the vehicle clean, including washing.
• Arrange for servicing or repairs at the garage when needed.
• Coordinate major or periodic vehicle maintenance to minimise downtime.
• Run errands during working hours or overtime.
• Travel overseas when required.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

• Drive company-assigned vehicles safely and courteously to transport directors, guests, and other authorised passengers to their designated destinations in a timely manner.
• Maintain assigned vehicles in good working condition for safe, reliable operation.
• Maintain cleanliness of the vehicle, including washing the car.
• Arrange for vehicle servicing or repairs at the garage when needed.
• Coordinate major or periodic vehicle maintenance to minimise downtime.
• Run errands as required during working hours or overtime.
• Travel overseas when required.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Pre-Requisites

• Experience in driving MPV or luxury cars.
• Valid Class 3 driving licence with a good driving record.
• Able to work on weekends, public holidays and overtime, and to be on stand-by for ad-hoc duties based on operational needs.
• Courteous, punctual and a good team player.
• Able to start work at short notice.

Must Have Factor

• Good knowledge of Singapore roads, with little or no need for Google Maps, Waze, GPS or other navigation aids.
