SINGAPORE HOSPITALITY GROUP PTE. LTD. is seeking a Driver cum Service Staff to support daily delivery operations and restaurant service in Singapore. You will deliver goods safely, assist with food and beverage service, and help maintain cleanliness and a welcoming environment for guests.

The role requires a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license, willingness to work 6 days with 1 rest day, and good communication skills. Experience in delivery or restaurant service is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Deliver food, beverages, and products safely and punctually to locations in Singapore.

• Load and unload goods and ensure items are delivered in good condition.
• Check orders and invoices, obtain signatures, and collect payments when required.
• Assist with packing, order preparation, and loading of goods.
• Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the company vehicle.
• Greet guests and provide courteous restaurant service.
• Keep dining areas tidy and assist with seating and reservations.

Job Description

We are looking for a responsible, reliable, and service-oriented Driver cum Service Staff to support our daily delivery operations and restaurant service activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering goods safely and punctually, assisting with food and beverage service, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a pleasant experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery and Driving Duties

• Deliver food, beverages, and other products safely and punctually to designated locations across Singapore.
• Plan efficient delivery routes using good knowledge of Singapore roads.
• Load and unload goods carefully and ensure items are delivered in good condition.
• Check delivery orders and invoices, obtain customer signatures, and collect payments when required.
• Assist with packing, order preparation, and loading of goods.
• Maintain the cleanliness and good working condition of the company vehicle.
• Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to ensure smooth delivery operations.
• Comply with traffic regulations and company safety procedures.

Restaurant Service Duties

• Greet and welcome guests, assist with seating arrangements, and provide courteous customer service.
• Prepare and arrange tables, including table linens, cutlery, glassware, and other dining essentials.
• Take care of service stations by replenishing condiments, napkins, tableware, and other supplies.
• Assist with telephone enquiries and reservations when required.
• Clear used dishes and glasses, clean tables, and prepare them for the next guests.
• Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the dining area, service stations, and other work areas.
• Assist with general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, and disposing of rubbish when required.
• Follow food hygiene, workplace safety, and company operating procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support daily operations.

Job Requirements

• Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license.
• Previous experience in delivery driving, restaurant service, or a similar role is an advantage.
• Familiar with Singapore roads and able to plan delivery routes efficiently.
• Able to handle physical tasks, including loading and unloading goods.
• Basic knowledge of invoices, delivery orders, and related paperwork.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Responsible, punctual, honest, and well-organized.
• Able to work on weekends & public holiday.
• 6 days work week/ 1 rest day a week.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to perform both delivery and restaurant service duties as required.
