Job summary

You will load and unload, plan efficient routes, maintain delivery records, and communicate delays to the warehouse. The role requires a valid Class 3/3A license, physical fitness, and good basic English.

Qualifications

Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable, safety-conscious Delivery Driver to transport and deliver goods to customers and designated locations across Singapore. You will be responsible for safe vehicle operation, timely deliveries, and basic handover & documentation tasks — ensuring orders arrive in good condition and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive company vehicle(s) safely and comply with all traffic rules, road regulations and safety standards
• Load goods from warehouse, transport and deliver to assigned destinations on time; plan optimal routes to avoid delays
• Unload goods carefully at delivery points; confirm item quantity and condition with recipients and obtain signatures/acknowledgement upon receipt
• Inspect vehicle before and after each trip: check fuel, tyres, brakes, lights and cleanliness; report any damage, fault or maintenance need immediately
• Maintain accurate delivery records, logbooks and related documents; submit signed proof of delivery and daily trip reports on time
• Assist with loading and unloading of goods where required; handle items with care to prevent damage or loss
• Keep vehicle tidy inside and out; ensure no leftover cargo or waste remains after delivery
• Communicate promptly with warehouse/office team if facing traffic delays, vehicle issues or delivery problems; update delivery status in real time
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures and compliance requirements strictly

Job Requirements

• Valid Singapore Class 3 / 3A Driving License (clean driving record; no major traffic violations)
• Proven experience as delivery driver, courier driver or logistics driver — familiar with Singapore roads, central area and delivery routes
• Physically fit: able to lift, carry and load/unload goods safely
• Punctual, responsible and honest; strong sense of time management and customer service
• Basic English proficiency: able to read delivery notes, follow instructions and communicate clearly with recipients and team
• Familiar with using GPS/navigation apps; able to plan routes efficiently
• No criminal record; able to pass background check

Preferred Qualifications

• Valid Class 4 license or experience driving larger vehicles
• Experience in FMCG, e-commerce, wholesale or retail delivery
• Familiarity with delivery management apps or digital tracking systems
• Own transport to reporting location is a plus
