Job summary

SK HYNIX ASIA PTE. LTD. seeks a DRAM Technical Marketing Specialist to resolve complex DRAM quality and performance issues for major Southeast Asian customers. You will coordinate with engineering, software teams and HQ to drive quality improvements and field support.

The role demands deep DRAM knowledge, 10+ years in semiconductor tech support and customer quality management, and willingness to travel overseas for field support. On-site in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Computer, Mechanical, or related field).
• Over 10 years of experience in semiconductor/DRAM technical support and customer quality management.
• Deep knowledge of DRAM technology, OSV/PST environments, and memory industry standards.
• Experience in semiconductor assembly and test environments.
• Ability to work independently and solve urgent technical problems under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve complex technical issues related to DRAM quality and performance.
• Provide technical support and quality issues management for DRAM product to major customers in Southeast Asia.
• Manage ODM quality and support OSV and PST.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer engineers.
• Ensure fast response and resolution of customer issues to prevent production delays.
• Develop procedures for equipment assembly, inspection and testing.
• Collaborate with the engineering team and software team and HQ.
• Document engineering improvements for future reference.
• Work with cross-functional teams to resolve product issues efficiently.
