Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in Singapore seeks an experienced Member of Technical Staff to lead validation of High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) products.

You will define coverage strategies, drive complex debug, and mentor engineers across global teams. You will apply deep DRAM/HBM knowledge, run timing-accurate simulations, and champion automated testing and AI-enabled workflows to accelerate validation milestones while ensuring zero-escape quality across product generations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field; minimum of 10 years of relevant experience preferred in memory semiconductor industry.
• Strong working knowledge of DRAM and HBM architecture, operation and design concepts.
• Extensive experience reading and debugging circuit schematics to isolate design-related failure mechanisms.
• Hands-on experience running and interpreting timing-accurate circuit simulations to reproduce and root-cause silicon behavior.
• Demonstrated expertise in post-silicon product validation and debug including root-cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Act as technical authority for HBM component validation, translating design intent into validation coverage and test strategy.
• Define and own validation methodologies and coverage plans across structural and functional test flows.
• Lead validation definition and closure for new/high-risk features in partnership with Design and DV teams.
• Provide counsel to senior management on technical issues, risks, and mitigation plans.
• Guide development and validation of test programs across ATE platforms and in-house systems.
• Mentor engineers and deliver technical presentations in Micron forums.
