Job summary

Singapore Aero Support Services Pte. Ltd. is seeking personnel for daily FHSQ assignments and monitoring of aircraft changes. The role requires handling technical calls, updating handover lists, and coordinating callbacks with AFM.

The candidate should have a Professional Cert/Diploma in Aviation or related qualifications and at least 1 year of relevant experience, with PC knowledge and the ability to work 12-hour shifts including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Professional Cert/Diploma in Aviation or related field is required.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
• Basic PC skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Daily FHSQ assignment.
• Monitor changes and amend assignments as required.
• Track long transit and layovers; complete AC Part A and log entries.
• Update AC handover task list.
• Receive all Technical calls.
• Monitor callbacks system and call back chat.
• Inform AFM for assignment and monitor call backs/Ad hoc tasks.
• Record chronology of callbacks.
• Update DE & AFM on status of callbacks and FPST assistance.

Job Responsibilities:

• DAILY FHSQ assignment
• Monitoring of AC changes and amendment of assignment as required
• Tracking of long transit & layover AC Part A completion / Ac Log Entry
• Updating of AC handover task list
• Receiving all Technical calls
• Monitor Call backs system and Call Back Chat
• Monitoring of call backs/Ad Hoc Task and inform AFM for assignment
• Record chronology of call backs
• Updating to DE & AFM on the status of call backs. and FPST assistance

Job Requirements:
