Job summary

Singapore Aero Support Services Pte Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented aviation operations assistant to support ground time tracking, maintenance coordination, and data upkeep for planned aircraft. You will ensure proper documentation, timely requests for GPU and maintenance steps, and assist with planning for upcoming shifts.

The role requires a Diploma in aerospace/aviation, strong Excel/Word/Outlook skills, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Diploma or diploma-equivalent in aerospace/aviation or aircraft engineering.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office apps (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Able to communicate effectively in standard English, both verbally and in writing.
• Able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Check ground time for planned aircrafts.
• Request and follow up GPU and maintenance steps during current and next shift.
• Update data in Excel tables (summary of attempts, outstanding items, cabin pickup, etc).
• CAMS key in for PCM pickups.
• Plan for next shift aircraft and order spares for the next shift's planned aircraft.
• Close defects for aircraft.
• Monitor ground time for planned aircrafts every 30 minutes.
• Update technicians' manhours.

Job description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Checking ground time for planned aircrafts
2. Request & Follow up the request for GPU & Maintenance Steps during current shift and the next shift.
3. Update data excel tables (Summary of attempt, outstanding, cabin pick up,etc)
4. CAMS key in for PCM picks up
5. Planning for next shift aircraft and ordering of spares for the planned aircraft of the next shift.
6. Closing defects for aircraft
7. Monitoring ground time for planned aircrafts (Every 30mins interval)
8. Updating Technicians manhours.

Job Requirements:
