Job summary

Centurion Corporation Limited invites a diligent facilities professional to support dormitory operations. In this role you will assist the Operations Manager, manage manpower and resources, and ensure smooth unit handovers and reinstatements.

You should have a diploma in facilities or property management, at least two years’ experience, and knowledge of MS Word and Excel. Tamil language skills and immediate availability are preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Facilities or Property Management or equivalent.
• At least 2 years’ experience in facilities management or people management.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Fire Safety Manager qualification preferred
• Work experience in a dormitory environment is preferred but not essential
• Ability to speak and read Tamil is preferred to liaise with Tamil-speaking partners and review relevant documents.
• Able to start immediately/short notice

Responsibilities

• Assist Operations Manager in dormitory operations and manpower/resource management.
• Coordinate with marketing on unit allocations, handover/takeover, and reinstatement of vacated units.
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of dormitory, precincts, and common areas.
• Ensure defects reported by clients are rectified promptly, and charge when not liable.
• Ensure compliance with dormitory licensing and liaise with government authorities as needed.
• Foster rapport with clients to build trust in services.
• Monitor resources and implement cost-cutting to control operating costs.
• Document tenant moves in and issue/retrieve access passes.
