Job summary

TS THREE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Maintenance Executive to oversee day-to-day dormitory maintenance in Singapore. The role emphasizes hands-on execution, first-line troubleshooting, and accurate documentation of works performed by the team and contractors.

You will coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance, ensure safety compliance, and support residents with maintenance requests while maintaining clear communication and audit-ready records.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Facilities Management, Engineering, Building Services or related field.
• Minimum three (3) years of hands-on maintenance experience in residential/dormitory facilities.
• Good working knowledge of basic building services, electrical, plumbing, and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Execute preventive maintenance according to schedules and checklists.
• Perform first-line corrective maintenance and coordinate with approved contractors when needed.
• Provide on-site contractor coordination and support, ensuring safe work practices.
• Maintain records of tools, spares, and inventory usage per procedures.
• Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and emergency readiness at the site.
• Attend to resident maintenance issues professionally and communicate timelines clearly.
• Maintain maintenance logs and documentation for audit and reporting.
• Provide hands-on guidance to General Workers and escalate beyond basic competency when required.
