Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead the team in day-to-day operations across maintenance, housekeeping, security and safety for the campus in Singapore. You will coordinate with stakeholders and manage contractors to ensure smooth facilities operations.

The role includes overseeing facilities-related procurement, assisting in A&A project administration, serving as Fire Safety Manager and coordinating Workplace Safety and Health matters, reviewing security policies,

Responsibilities

To lead the team in managing the day-to-day operations on all maintenance, housekeeping, security and safety matters;
Take lead to solve facility related matters including liaising with stakeholders and managing contractors;
Monitors and collaborate with relevant departments in facilities-related procurements;
To assist in the project management,including contract and procurement administrations for Addition and Alteration (A&A)projects;
Perform and undertake the role as the Fire Safety Manager for the campus;
Perform and undertake the role as the coordinator for all Workplace Safety and Health related matters;
To review, establish and enforce security policies and procedures i.e. Security SOP, School Lockdown Procedure etc.;
Review and propose sustainability initiatives to reduce electricity and water consumption
