Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the dormitory.
• Supervise dormitory personnel and cleaners.
• Support maintenance and repair activities.
• Serve as point of contact for residents on housing and community standards.
• Address resident concerns, conflicts, and emergencies promptly.
• Coordinate and facilitate resident meetings, programs and activities to promote community building.
• Ensure safety and security by enforcing dormitory policies and procedures.
• Respond to emergencies and incidents within the dormitory, coordinating with security and other relevant personnel as necessary.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks to identify and address safety hazards.
• Educate residents on community standards, rights and responsibilities.
• Promote a culture of respect, diversity, and inclusion within the dormitory.
• Administrative duties: maintain records related to resident occupancy, incidents, and programming; manage dormitory budgets for needed items.

1. The Dormitory executive is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and management of a dormitory. To ensure a safe, supportive, and engaging living environment for all the residents.

2. Supervision and Leadership to dormitory personnel and cleaners.
