P-WAY CONSTRUCTION & ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Dormitory Executive to oversee daily dormitory operations, ensure resident safety, and foster a supportive living environment.

You will supervise staff, coordinate maintenance, handle resident concerns and emergencies, and implement policies to maintain security and community standards. This role also includes administrative duties such as maintaining occupancy and incident records, and helping manage the dormitory budget.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily dormitory operations and ensure resident safety.
• Supervise dormitory staff and cleaners.
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs.
• Be the resident contact for housing and community standards.
• Address resident concerns, conflicts and emergencies promptly.
• Plan resident meetings, programs and activities to build community.
• Enforce dormitory policies to ensure safety and security.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify safety hazards.
• Manage occupancy records and incident documentation.

1. The Dormitory executive is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and management of a dormitory. To ensure a safe, supportive, and engaging living environment for all the residents.
2. Supervision and Leadership to dormitory personnel and cleaners.
3. Support maintenance and repair.
4. Serve as a point of contact for residents on issues related to housing and community standards.
5. Address resident concerns, conflicts, and emergencies promptly and appropriately.
6. Coordinate and facilitate resident meetings, programs, and activities to promote community building.
7. Ensures Safety and Security of residents by implementing and enforcing dormitory policies and procedures.
8. Respond to emergencies and incidents within the dormitory, coordinating with security and other relevant personnel as necessary.
9. Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks to identify and address safety hazards.
10. Educate residents on community standards, rights, and responsibilities.
11. Promote a culture of respect, diversity, and inclusion within the dormitory.
12. Administrative Duties:
    • - Maintain accurate records related to resident occupancy, incidents, and programming.
    • - Manage dormitory budgets for needed item to be purchase.
