Qualifications

• At least 8 years of working experience, preferably in the life sciences industry.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee donor centre operation of stem cell donations from unrelated donors.
• Manage relations with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure donor safety in the entire donation process.
• Provide analysis reports on donation request.
• Develop and manage Donor Management’s budget.
• Motivate, lead and develop donor management’s staff.
• Conduct annual audit of all collection centres.
