Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent educational attainment.
• Minimum 3 years of managerial experience in F&B.
• Excellent English conversation skills.
• Leadership and ownership mindset.
• Ability to develop district plans and coach teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop the district store management team to deliver legendary customer experiences.
• Create district plans to support execution of initiatives and ensure accountability.
• Monitor district staffing and leadership development to meet ops needs.
• Lead company programs by motivating store teams to implement action plans.
• Enforce service standards and maintain quality across outlets.
• Manage budgets, reports, and cross-functional coordination with Marketing/Finance.
