You will develop district implementation plans and ensure accountability to execution across multiple stores. The role requires a Diploma or equivalent and at least 3 years of managerial experience in the F&B industry, with strong English communication, leadership, and ownership.

Responsibilities

• Develop the store management team within the district to deliver legendary customer experiences in all stores.
• Create district implementation plans to support execution of regional and company initiatives and ensure accountability to plans.
• Monitor and manage district-wide management staffing levels and staff development.
• Communicate clearly to ensure effective operations at store and district level.
• Drive and implement company programs with action plans aligned to objectives.
• Provide strategic direction to Outlet Managers and ensure brand standards are achieved.
• Plan, delegate and monitor key responsibilities to ensure smooth district operations.
• Maintain service standards and quality across outlets.
• Review district performance and coach the store management team to improve results.
• Lead customer experience, operations, finance, and HR collaborations; oversee promotions with marketing.
• Report to: Operations Director/Operations Manager; supervise Outlet Managers and staff.
