Shihlin Taiwan Street Food Singapore is seeking an Operations Manager to help plan and oversee daily outlet operations across multiple locations, ensuring service quality and efficiency. You will work closely with store teams to implement standards and resolve issues quickly.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-year relevant work experience managing multi-outlet in F&B or Quick Service Retail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Eager to learn with a positive mindset and good problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Operations Manager in the day-to-day planning and administration & resolve of outlet operational matters.
• Participate in audits to ensure company standards for operations, food quality, outlet hygiene and workplace safety are met.
• Work with outlets to resolve supply chain issues and promotional campaigns.
• Support outlets to remedy defective equipment and periodic outlet renovations.
• Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling and evaluating employees.
• Review customer complaints and propose areas of improvements.
• Take on other ad-hoc operations tasks as required.
