Job summary

NetApp Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Partner Sales professional to develop and execute multi-year sales strategies with partners and distributors. You will design and track pipeline plans to ensure quarterly revenue growth and manage executive engagement across the NetApp sales organization.

The role requires driving partner enablement, services specialization, and collaboration with commercial teams to realize partner-driven growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a multi-year sales strategy and business plan with partners and distributors.
• Design plans and track activities with distributors to build pipeline generation and quarterly revenue.
• Manage executive engagement between the partner and NetApp sales.
• Plan, execute and track activities to support bookings and pipeline generation.
• Drive and support partners to develop services practices and specializations.
• Influence partner preference towards NetApp and increase penetration and Share of Wallet.
• Coordinate enablement of partner sales and technical teams with program requirements.
• Plan and manage incentive headcount resources.
• Help partners achieve readiness to drive solutions and services sales.
• Activate and run company initiatives and programs at partners.
• Drive partner forecast accuracy and overall health.
• Implement continued installed base expansion and retention strategies.
• Collaborate with partner and NetApp commercial teams to develop partner-driven commercial business and pursuits.
