• Ability to conduct basic, empathetic interviews with students and carry out objective investigative procedures.

Responsibilities

• Support the Student Management Committee in tracking and following up with students undergoing disciplinary consequences.
• Act as the primary administrator for updating and organizing the School Internal Discipline online database.
• Monitor outstanding cases and promptly highlight them to the Head of Student Management.
• Safeguard highly confidential records and sign an official undertaking to protect information security.
• Work closely with Year Heads, HOD Character & Citizenship Education (CCE), and HOD Student Management.
• Assist in coordinating communications with Family Service Centres (FSCs) and Community Centres regarding at-risk students.
• Assist in executing school programmes such as detention, in-house suspensions, character building, and Gear-Up programmes.
