Job summary

GREENSAFE INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. is seeking a disciplined, proactive administrator to support student discipline processes and coordinate with school staff in Singapore.

The role involves maintaining the online discipline database, liaising with external organisations, and performing detention and in-house suspension tasks as well as data entry and reporting. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, data entry, collaborative tools).
• Good interpersonal, planning, analytical, and negotiation skills.
• Able to multitask, work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Support discipline-related processes and follow up with students undergoing consequences
• Update and maintain the online discipline database; flag outstanding cases to HOSM
• Assist Year Heads, AYHs, HODs, and SH SM with discipline-related matters
• Liaise with external organisations (e.g., Family Service Centres) regarding at-risk students
• Perform administrative/operational duties (e.g., detention, in-house suspension, updating offences)
