Job summary

The role requires at least 1 year of relevant experience and proficiency with Google Workspace. You will manage the discipline database and collaborate with Year Heads, HODs, and CCA teams on disciplinary matters.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, data entry, collaborative tools).
• Good interpersonal, planning, analytical, and negotiation skills.
• Able to multitask, work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Support discipline-related processes and follow up with students undergoing consequences.
• Update and maintain the online discipline database.
• Assist Year Heads, AYHs, HODs, and SH SM with discipline-related matters.
• Assist HOD/CCA with manpower support on CCA days.
• Perform administrative/operational duties (e.g., detention, in-house suspension, updating offences).
