CapitaLand Investment Limited (CLI) is seeking a Director, Group Talent Management to design and run strategic talent initiatives across the organization in Singapore. You will lead succession planning, HiPo identification, and flagship learning programs in partnership with HR and business leaders.

You will drive analytics, stakeholder engagement, and external partnerships to ensure leadership pipelines and workforce capability align with long-term business strategy and transformation priorities.

Qualifications

Experience designing and managing enterprise-wide talent initiatives.
Strong track record in succession planning and leadership development.
Ability to leverage analytics to drive talent decisions.

Responsibilities

Lead annual succession planning for critical roles and develop readiness milestones.
Design HiPo identification and development frameworks aligned to strategy.
Partner with HRBPs and leaders to create personalized development journeys.
Drive flagship learning programs and measure impact with KPIs.
Embed talent practices into business planning and workforce strategy.
