Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience including 3–5 years in senior leadership roles such as HR Director, Head of HR, or Senior HR Business Partner.
• Proven experience leading multiple HR disciplines including talent acquisition, total rewards, employee relations, learning and development, and HR operations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead organisational change and influence stakeholders at the executive level.

Responsibilities

• Implement Talent Management Framework by integrating talent management processes into the HR system and performance management to ensure sustainability and continuity
• Identify high-potential employees and develop structured development plans and succession initiatives to prepare future leaders
• Establish leadership development pathways to build a robust leadership pipeline across the organisation
• Design, launch, and manage a formal Mentorship Programme, monitoring its effectiveness through feedback, progress tracking, and evaluation
• Develop and facilitate cross-functional job rotation opportunities to broaden employee skill sets and organisational exposure
• Oversee all HR functions including talent acquisition, total rewards, employee relations, learning and development, and HR operations to support organisational goals
• Lead organisational change initiatives and influence executive-level stakeholders to drive HR strategy and adoption
