Job summary

Singtel Group is seeking an Associate Director, Service Delivery to oversee multi-team delivery across enterprise IT environments. You will drive end-to-end service delivery, engage senior stakeholders, and align delivery with contractual obligations for diverse SLAs.

You will coach delivery managers, develop portfolio strategies, and promote collaboration with 3rd-party partners. The role emphasizes strategic planning, financial oversight, and continuous improvement in service quality.

Qualifications

• ITIL Foundation certification preferred.
• 8-10+ years in enterprise IT delivery or 15+ years in senior delivery roles.
• Strong service delivery and portfolio management experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive service delivery to meet and exceed contractual SLA commitments.
• Sponsor delivery teams in digitalization initiatives to boost efficiency and engagement.
• Manage senior stakeholders (CxOs, VPs, IT Heads) through effective communication and portfolio management.
• Build and strengthen client relationships with deep domain knowledge.
• Identify opportunities and support Sales to grow the EWO portfolio.
• Lead Service and Technical delivery teams in day-to-day operations to ensure SLA attainment.
• Engage and manage 3rd party partners and vendors to align capabilities with contracts.
• Manage financials for service portfolios, including budgeting, run rate, and cost center tracking.
• Coordinate KPI setting and routine communications with delivery teams.
• Drive continuous service improvements and promote collaboration within Singtel and SEB.
