Job summary

Singapore Telecommunications Limited (Singtel) invites a Service Delivery Director to lead end-to-end delivery of telco and ICT services. This senior role drives performance, governance, and customer satisfaction across enterprise and wholesale accounts.

You will oversee project management, service management, risk and compliance, and financials, building high-performance teams and delivering scalable delivery models in a fast-moving digital environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proven leadership of large, multi-disciplinary delivery teams.
• Experience with ITIL/ISO 20000 and project management methods (PMP/PRINCE2/Agile).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end service delivery performance across telco and ICT portfolios.
• Act as executive sponsor for key customer accounts with governance and relationship management.
• Ensure service delivery aligns with SLAs, contractual commitments, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide executive oversight of delivery projects including telco provisioning, network rollout, and migrations.
• Establish and govern a standardized Project Management framework (waterfall, agile, hybrid).
• Lead Service Management functions aligned to ITIL / ISO 20000 and oversee 24/7 operations.
