Responsibilities

• Lead master planning, spatial programming and design of infrastructure facilities.
• Enforce stage-gate reviews for conceptual to detailed design phases.
• Develop operating and partnership models for long-term sustainability.
• Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders, including regulators, architects and contractors.
• Provide data-driven progress reports, cash flow forecasts, and risk analyses.
